Micaceous pottery has been used for hundreds of years as cooking vessels.  People say that food tastes better in a micaceous cook pot.  These pieces are inspired by the cooking traditions of the Northern Rio Grande.  All pieces are safe and functional.  They can be used in the oven and to serve food.
